These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DailyStatus platform at https://dailystatus.top ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

DailyStatus is a daily journaling and progress tracking platform that helps users:

• Track daily wins and accomplishments
• Build and maintain streaks
• Share progress with a supportive community
• Connect third-party services (GitHub, Strava, LeetCode) to auto-import achievements
• Use AI-powered features to generate summaries, tags, and weekly insights
• View visual progress through heatmaps and dashboards

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use DailyStatus.

2.2 Account Creation: You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

2.3 One Account Per User: Each user may maintain only one account.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

3.1 Plan Tiers: DailyStatus offers three subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited posts (50/month), 1GB storage, 20 AI summaries/month, 1 integration
• Pro ($9.99/month): 500 posts/month, 10GB storage, 200 AI summaries/month, 5 integrations
• Premium ($29.99/month): Unlimited posts, 100GB storage, 1,000 AI summaries/month, 10 integrations

3.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3.3 Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

3.4 Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice via email.

3.5 Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact us at bartzalewskidev@gmail.com within 7 days of your initial purchase.

3.6 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features continues until the end of your current billing period.

4. Content and Ownership

4.1 Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on DailyStatus (text, photos, videos). By posting content, you grant us a license to:
• Store, display, and process your content
• Generate AI summaries and insights from your posts
• Display your public posts to other users
• Back up your content for service reliability

4.2 Content License: This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for:
• Content shared publicly that others have interacted with
• Backups retained for up to 90 days
• Content retained for legal compliance

4.3 AI-Generated Content: AI-generated summaries, tags, and insights are provided to enhance your experience. You own these AI-generated outputs.

4.4 User Responsibility: You are responsible for your content. You agree not to post content that:
• Violates laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses others
• Contains spam or unauthorized advertising
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity

5. Community Guidelines

5.1 Respectful Interaction: Treat other users with respect. We do not tolerate:
• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• Spam or unsolicited promotions
• Misinformation or deceptive practices
• Inappropriate or explicit content

5.2 Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or Community Guidelines.

5.3 Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content. We review reports and take appropriate action.

6. Third-Party Integrations

6.1 Connected Services: You may connect third-party services (GitHub, Strava, LeetCode) to auto-import your achievements.

6.2 Authorization: By connecting a service, you authorize us to access data according to the permissions you grant.

6.3 Third-Party Terms: Your use of connected services is subject to their respective terms of service.

6.4 No Liability: We are not responsible for issues with third-party services or changes to their APIs.

7. AI Features and Data Processing

7.1 AI Processing: Your posts may be processed by AI to generate:
• Automatic summaries
• Relevant tags
• Weekly insights and progress reports

7.2 Accuracy: AI-generated content is provided as-is. We do not guarantee accuracy and recommend reviewing AI suggestions.

7.3 Privacy: Your private posts are processed by AI but remain private. We do not use your content to train public AI models.

8. Data Export and Portability

You may export all your data (posts, photos, metadata) at any time through your account settings. Exported data is provided in a portable format.

9. Account Termination

9.1 By You: You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion:
• Your personal data is removed within 30 days
• Public posts you've shared may remain visible if others interacted with them
• Backups are purged within 90 days

9.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harm other users
• Violate applicable laws

9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all associated data.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 DailyStatus IP: The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by DailyStatus and protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2 Restrictions: You may not:
• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product
• Scrape or extract data without permission
• Remove or alter copyright notices

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

11.1 Service Availability: We provide the Service "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Complete accuracy of AI-generated content
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• That the Service meets all your requirements

11.2 User Content: We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users.

11.3 Third-Party Services: We are not liable for issues with connected third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyStatus shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DailyStatus from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:
• Your use of the Service
• Your content or conduct
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of others' rights

14. Privacy and Data Protection
